When your free trial has ended, an Acadal professional will contact you regarding access to the full paid edition if you desire.
Yes, we offer full technical support. A dedicated Customer Success Manager is assigned to you once you download the free trial. You are always welcome to contact your Customer Success Manager with any questions and comments you may have.

Please contact your Customer Success Manager to cancel your subscription. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
Currently subscriptions are not automatically renewed. Before your subscription period comes to an end, you will be contacted by Acadal to end or renew your subscription. A new invoice will be provided with each renewal for payment via bank transfer.
If you do not renew your subscription, your access to the Acadal platform will be deactivated. However, your data will be stored for six months, so you can easily restore your data by re-subscribing to a new paid plan.
You do not need a credit card to get access to Acadal. After a demo, you will have 14-day access to the platform. If you then decide to sign on for a paid subscription, we will send you an invoice for payment via bank transfer.
Yes - absolutely! Please contact your customer success manager at any time if you wish to change any of your subscription settings or cancel your subscription.
A user is a member of your team that can access the Acadal platform. The company administrator has access to manage team settings where users can be activated and deactivated at any time.
